Welcome from the Head Girl and Head Boy
Welcome to Court Moor School. We are Emily Shaw and Isaac Harrison proud to be your Head Girl and Boy.
Court Moor is an accumulation of 57 years’ worth of high achieving pupils and outstanding achievement throughout, with multiple former students having gone on to great success. We represent the latest generation of Court Moor students with their own goals, ambitions and ideas for what we want to achieve when making their next steps in their journey. This can become true at Court Moor because we are a tight-knit community that support each other. The school itself is a wonderful, vibrant community, welcoming people from all different cultures and we believe our dreams will happen because Court Moor is a tight-knit community which supports each other and is committed to developing confident young adults.
As Head Girl and Boy, we organise the Student Leadership Team which is formed by deputy head girl and boy and various prefect roles. Our team is continuously working to encourage students to voice their views and to get involved with our vast range of opportunities that we offer.
It’s certain that the journey from year 7 to 11 is undoubtedly challenging, although it is made more enjoyable by the great team of staff, fellow students and the student leadership. We enjoy the strong relationships between students and teachers which allow students to reach their full potential and our ever-improving grades are testament to the success of this approach.
It fills us with sadness that we will be leaving this academic year although we remain with the knowledge and experiences that Court Moor has provided us in order to face adulthood. We are simply very proud to be Head Boy and Girl of a school like Court Moor.
