Court Moor students have had another successful year at GCSE and we are really proud of all of our hard-working students who are celebrating their results. There have been real challenges for this cohort, who lost both Year 7 and 8 to lockdowns, however they have shown exceptional resilience in delivering such a strong set of results.

We celebrate with individuals privately, we prefer not to pick out certain students with ‘the best’ grades publicly. Whilst some students got truly exceptional results, we celebrate all students equally; in fact some of those with more ‘modest’ results have overcome the biggest challenges and they have as much to be proud of as the student who achieved a full set of Grade 9s. However, we did want to acknowledge the substantial achievement of our triplets who arrived from Ukraine with little English and all left with a raft of GCSEs barely 2 years later; it is a great vindication of their efforts and also the Fleet and Court Moor community who have housed, supported and ultimately embraced them: their success is our success.

We wish our former Year 11 all the best in the many and varied pathways they are taking and hope that they always carry a bit of Court Moor in their heart!
