Christmas Assembly

We had our whole school Christmas assembly this morning.

This is such a joyous community event where we manage to squeeze over 1,110 students and 100 staff into the sports hall. Mr McEnroe expertly compered the proceedings. We had the end of term address from Mrs Beattie, some amazing solo and group student performances, a song from the staff choir, and a whole school sing-along of Let it Snow led by year 7. The house team updated us on the house point totals, and they were set the challenge of finding Santa Bublé's (Mr Riley's) lost elf (Mr Murphy), who was missing the cold and was in the kitchen walk in fridge.

A reminder that Monday 6th January is an inset day, and students return on Tuesday 7th.
