Court Moor School aims to promote equality and advance the cause of minority groups to ensure equal access and success through their experience at school. We will anticipate the impact of any policies or decisions on those with protected characteristics and aim to eliminate any adverse effects associated with those characteristics. The school will continue to raise awareness of protected characteristics and promote diversity as strength with staff and students.
